I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and graduate of CCBC’s Massage Therapy Program. My training includes Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release therapy, and Kundalini Reiki (a Japanese form of touch healing). I also incorporate a variety of alternative healing modalities into much of my work.

My guiding belief is that massage is a spiritual experience—that it can be a gateway to physical, mental, and emotional health. Stress begins in the mind and eventually manifests in the body, causing tension, misalignment, limited range of motion and exhaustion. Massage helps reverse that process and bring us back to a place of peace, relaxation, and physical well-being.
